OK, let me see if I get this right.
1.)It’s the late 1970s and Russia decides to declare war on the US. They come to the US to fight the war. They take over southern California, Eastern Florida and Eastern Maine. During the time their troops, including female troops, are in the US some of the female troops give birth. Are the babies Americans?
2.)A legal immigrant comes to the US and is pursuing citizenship. He and his wife have a child before their citizenship is finalized but eventually do become citizens? Is this the correct use of the anchor baby law?
3.)A terrorist comes to the US with his family to train as a pilot to pilot a plane into the white house. While his family is here they have a baby, is that baby an American?
4.)An illegal alien comes over the Mexican border into San Diego with his pregnant wife. His wife gives birth while in San Diego. Is that baby an American?
5.) A diplomat from another country is stationed in the US. His wife gives birth in the US. Is that baby an American?
Now, you tell me, how broad does the anchor baby law reach? Was it meant to make all of these babies Americans? Did it not have a specific purpose? Is it now being abused?

My view is:
1.) Absolutely not. How absurd.
2.) As long as citizenship is eventually granted to that couple, the baby’s citizenship should be recognized as American.
3.) Absolutely not. How absurd.
4.) Absolutely not. How absurd.
5.) Absolutely not. Most diplomats would never even consider this.

Tell me why the babies of people who’s very presence in this country is a crime are being given citizen status in our country?

Kristopher and Saber had a sleepover last night. Seems Marcus had a birthday party sleepover with his friends at Brandon Bartz’ Friday night and Kristopher was not to be outdone so Saber came last night and they’ve had a great time together. I have to point out, though, that their taste in pajamas is uncannily alike, don’t you think? Looks like Kristopher slept on his hand last night. The stamp on his hand is now on his cheek also. It was an interesting night though. The septic pump died last night and we are waiting for the repairman to show up so we can get back to life as normal. Luckily, in a house full of boys, going potty outside is thought of as fun. I can’t say I’m as enthusiastic.

We’ve been having basketball instruction and practices since the beginning of the year under the Larned Recreation Commission. We are now divided into teams and playing games on Saturday mornings during the month of February. We won our first game but lost today’s game. The teams are made up of 2 4th graders and 4 3rd graders. It’s amazing to me the improvement just in one year. Marcus is on a team with his friends Brandon Bartz, Kolby Keith and Steven Tran. What does it say when the only player shorter than your son is the Viatnamese boy? I’ll tell you, though, that Steven makes up for his height in pure heart and effort. Marcus (#6) is loving basketball this year.

WHAT IF 20 MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS VACATED AMERICA?

That’s a good question it deserves an answer. Over 80 percent of Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America? The answers may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupted hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominate language again.

In Colorado, 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and grand-kids would move back “home,” mostly to Mexico. That would save Coloradans an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 BIL) annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration costs. It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone.

Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67 percent drop out/flunk out rate via thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. At least 200,000 vehicles would vanish from our gridlocked cities in Colorado. Denver’s four percent unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State back to America, the rule of law and English.

In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

If 20 million illegal aliens returned “home,” the U.S. economy would return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn’t be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local state and city coffers.

No more push ‘1′ for Spanish or ‘2′ for English. No more confusion in American schools that now must content with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids. Our overcrowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country. In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the “18th Street Gang” would vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters!

Losing more than 20 million people would clear up our crowded highways and gridlock. Cleaner air and less drinking and driving American deaths by illegal aliens!

Over $80 billion annually wouldn’t return to their home countries by cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which further drains America’s economy which currently suffers an $8.7 trillion debt.

At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country, costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in California, Georgia and Florida would still be operating instead of being bankrupted out of existence because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA Act. Americans wouldn’t suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant in our country brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders.

Our cities would see 20 million less people driving, polluting and grid locking our cities. It would also put the “progressives” on the horns of a dilemma; illegal aliens and their families cause 11 percent of our greenhouse gases.

Over one million of Mexico’s poorest citizens now live inside and along our border from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California in what the New York Times called, colonias or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where grinding poverty, filth, diseases, drugs, crimes, no sanitation and worse. They live without sewage, clean water, streets, electricity, roads or any kind of sanitation. The New York Times reported them to be America’s new Third World inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias. By enforcing our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico.

We invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own countries and/or make a better life in Mexico. We invite a million people into our country legally more than all other countries combined annually. We cannot and must not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy within our borders and growing lawlessness at every level in our nation.

It’s time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life.

You ever have one of those days? Of course you have. If you are human you HAVE HAD one of those days.
The six year old had a bad day at school. Feels the teacher was unfair to him and he’s probably right. His heart is in the right place and he’s a good student. I imagine he was singled out and I plan to do something about it.
I have a job interview tomorrow and I’m not sure how prepared I am but I’m gonna give it my all.
The boys have done a lot of fighting this afternoon, egged on by the 18 year old wouldn’t you know. I really want to ring his neck some days.
Then the hubby stayed after work with the guys so dinner was held up until 7:45 tonight on a school night.
I think it’s time to go to bed and try again tomorrow. What do you think?

My favorite gripe is Kansas. I’m a native Washingtonian. I grew up in the foothills of the Cascades just outside of Mt. Rainier National Park, Just miles from Gifford Pinchot National Forest, and an hour from White Pass Ski Resort. We had two huge lakes within 10 miles of home and the ocean was a two hour drive.

My husband, on the other hand, grew up in the worst part of Kansas, not that I’ve found a good part but this part is the worst I’ve seen. There is nothing. It is flat. It is brown and the wind blows 90 to nothing 24-7. Wichita is 140 miles away. Kansas City is 500. Denver is 500. We live in tornado alley, just a little over 1/2 hour from Greensburg, the town that was taken off the map by a 2 mile wide tornado this past year. Yes, Kansas, a lovely place. The cold here is bitter and dry. The wind usually whips up a wind chill in the negative double digits. The snow will fall in drifts, sometimes 4-8 feet high. Ice storms are interesting. The heat is humid. You can’t breath. With the wind and the heat combined it’s like opening a fully heated oven door. You do not live in Kansas without air conditioning. It is a necessity. The nearest decent body of water might be in Missouri. The nearest ocean would be the gulf. The nearest ski resort, Colorado.
The wages are about half what you get paid in other states. The expenses are worse. We pay for public school. Not just for us but for more illegal aliens than I care to think about. We pay state income tax and sales tax, even on food. I paid over $400 for the tags this year on my car and these idiots pay the tags on all their vehicles in the same month based on last name. Recreation requires travel from here so even recreation is more expensive. They have property taxes due at Christmas time. Are they morons or masochists?
I am forever a Washingtonian. To say I was a Kansan would be admitting I’m defeated. I’m not. I’m a proud Washingtonian, a displaced Washingtonian but a proud one. Doomed to Kansas for the time being but I have a plan and hope to be returning to God’s country once again.

Daddy and the boys and Roy and Layton took the ATVs down to the sand pit and tore it up. They had so much fun. I wonder when they will stop talking about it. Really, I wonder when it will end. I’m glad they had a good time though. It’s the first time we’ve loaded up the ATVs and taken them anywhere. I just hope that they don’t start begging to do it all the time.
I have an interview at St. Francis Wednesday. I’m not really nervous though. More curious than anything. I also have a week of orientation in Wichita and then about three days in Topeka at the beginning of next month. I’ve never been away from daddy and the boys like that. It could be interesting how I do and how the family does.
Thursday Tyson has his first meeting as a delayed entry airman in the USAF. They have to meet down in Wichita for the day and bring a friend. I believe he is taking Brandon. We still have a lot to do for his HS graduation and it seems to be sneaking up on us. I’m ready for him to be done but not sure I’m ready for all the hassle.

Does your spouse have that one friend you can’t STAND? The childish little ass you wouldn’t piss on if they were on fire? Well, in my life, that would be Chad. My husband has this friend that he calls ‘idiot’, I’m not kidding. My kids aren’t allowed to call him that to his face so when he comes around my kids will come up to us as whisper ‘what’s idiots real name?’ before they address him. On his cell phone when idiot calls it says ‘Idiot’. You’d think he wouldn’t be so devoted to a moron like this but he is. Idiot is married to a vile creature. I tried to be nice for my hubby’s sake but she was an ass to me so I stopped trying and NOW he gets mad at me because I will no longer make the first attempt at civility, but it’s just self hate to keep letting someone treat you like that. Especially someone you have nothing in common with and really don’t care for. Idiot works for his wife’s dad running the farm and they have practically everything handed to them on a silver platter. Their house, vehicles, both of their pay, utilities and all. THEN this jerk has the audacity to think he’s too cool because he can have all the toys. Well, duh, when the in-laws take care of you.

Their kids, can you say nightmare? Now, add to the fact that they are younger than us and immature as hell. Why would my husband, who is normally a very mature, hard working guy, want to waste his time on a waste of space like Idiot? He never comes to see my husband, my husband always drives the 20 miles to his house. He always NEEDS something from my husband but never does anything in return. Half the time my husband complains about him or avoids his phone calls only to jump when he needs something. He actually has said ‘Idiot is my best friend” and I ask, what does that say of my hubby that IDIOT is his best friend?
Now don’t get me wrong, most of my hubby’s friends I love and count as friends myself. I actually enjoy hanging out with them more than most women but this particular scourge is just beyond my tolerance.

This blog’s purpose is to vent in order to keep from doing internal damage. I must bitch or I will explode is a common phrase and not so far off the mark. Better to do it here than at work or to your spouse or kids. This is healthy. This causes far fewer problems then telling your boss (or spouse for that matter) just exactly what you think of them. Come along for the ride. Hell join me. Let’s vent. Kids driving you nuts? Spouse a total pain in your backside? Boss being a total tyrant? The person on the freeway beside you cut you off? Illegal alien in the grocery store using food stamps? Hillary on TV promoting her socialistic ideals? Better out than in I say (to quote Shrek).

I’m having a lot of trouble getting fired up about this election. Where is the true conservative in this race? I loved Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter but their campaigns were missing that fire and where were the true conservatives to rally around them? Why would any true conservative vote for Huckabee or McCain let alone Giuliani? Romney seems like the lesser of the evils. I just wish there was ONE TRUE conservative left in the race. Is true conservatism dead in the Republican party? If so, where does a true conservative go? Third parties just make it more likely that a Democrat will win and that is definitely the WORSE of the evils. Do we really have to settle for the lesser of the true evils instead of the representation we REALLY want?
